Blueprint Family Support Project offers information, resources and support to families living in the Hawkesbury, Blue Mountains and Penrith areas who are caring for a child with complex disabilities and fragile health conditions. The Project has produced a Directory of Services which is available at no cost by contacting Blueprint on 02 4784 2323. Blueprint's revised website http://www.blueprintproject.org.au/ also provides links to information for carers on planning, self-care, advocacy, services and websites where carers and siblings can connect and network |
